Yes. MiAMPA has a permanent free plan with no expiry date. It is not a thirty-day trial or an evaluation version: it is the complete platform. More than 1,000 associations use it every day, and most of them are on the free plan.
No. The free plan has no limit on families or pupils, nor on activities or communications. An association with 50 families and one with 800 use exactly the same free plan and pay the same: nothing. We do not charge you for growing.
29.95 € a month or 299.50 € a year, which works out as paying for ten months instead of twelve. It is a flat price that does not depend on how many families the association has. It adds three things: phone support, payment by bank transfer and in cash, and SEPA direct debit in every module. On the free plan, direct debit is available for membership fees.
No. There are no paid add-on modules. After-school activities, events, school meals and breakfast club, shop, accounting, statistics, donations, digital membership card, your own website, the mobile app and the multilingual support are all included in the free plan.
Just go to the Plans section of this website and choose the one that suits your association best. You can start on the FREE plan at no cost, or take PREMIUM with MONTHLY or YEARLY payment.
When an association has its website on MiAMPA, each family can register by going to the website or the app, or we can import the families' details if the association already has them in a spreadsheet, so that families do not have to fill in the registration form. If a family has to register by hand, they go to the menu on the left and click REGISTER. The registration form appears, they fill in the fields the association has marked as required and click SAVE. If the family is registering from the MiAMPA app, the association must have given them its association code, which we assign to the association, so that the family enters it in the registration form and is linked to their association.
Yes. Board members can log in and work with the same ADMIN user or with different ones. You can also set permissions for each ADMIN account, so that not everyone sees the same thing in the admin menu.
Families can pay by card, Bizum, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer. Card and Bizum payments are validated automatically through the payment gateway, while transfers and cash have to be validated by hand.
Yes. The notifications module has filters so that when you send a notification it reaches only the families who should get it.
Yes. Every time a family signs up for an after-school activity or an event, pays the membership fee, places an order in the association's shop and so on, they get an email confirming where it stands.
Every payment families make through the website or the app has its receipt or invoice attached to it.
Yes. The accounting module records every payment families make through the website or the app. It makes the association treasurer's job much easier.
Having your website and app on MiAMPA lets families do their association business from anywhere, at any time. Automatic payments by card and Bizum need no manual work, which cuts the time spent on admin considerably.
